Menopause Reflexology is a relaxing treatment helping to relieve the symptoms of Menopause. The feet are cleansed, and then steamed and massaged using a specialised Menopause pre-blended oil. Reflexology is then performed working on the relevant points applicable to Menopause and then the Ear points are stimulated and Ear Seeds applied to stimulate the points further.
