We understand that everyone has their right to ‘Freedom of Speech’; however, with that being said, if a comment is made on any platform we may use that is deemed distasteful or offensive, we reserve the right to delete those comments.

Blossom Body Sculpting collects personal information about you whenever you shop with us online or in salons and when you use our services. Please see below for examples of the data we collect from you: Name, address, contact details, purchases, devices

Social media When opted into marketing, we obtain information posted publicly on social media sites and use it to help us understand how our different customers interact with us and what people think and feel about our brand. We do this in a way that doesn’t always identify individual customers; e.g. we may look at which groups of customers are more likely to talk to us via social media or use social media to talk about our products and treatments.


Lipo products 

Information provided by other people on your behalf If someone books an appointment on your behalf, we’ll ask them for basic details about you, which may include health details such as whether you have a family history of diabetes or Chemotherapy Treatment. This is to ensure we book you in for the right type and length of appointment. We’ll check with you when you come to your appointment to make sure the information we’ve been given is accurate. If you’re booking an appointment or registering for a service for someone else, please make sure they’re happy for you to provide their personal information on their behalf and that they understand why the information is needed. 


Why we use your personal information 

We use your personal information to provide our products and services. Some are essential for us to provide the services you use or to fulfil our legal obligations. Some help us run our business efficiently and effectively. Some enable us to provide you with more relevant and personalised offers and information, for example, to set up and run your account, process orders and transactions, respond to queries and comments and provide you with the best possible level of customer service. We may use it to contact you about orders you’ve placed or appointments you’ve booked or to send you reminders (e.g. Upcoming appointments). Legal Obligation Liquid Lipo Ltd will, on occasion, be under a legal obligation to obtain and disclose your personal data. Where possible, Liquid Lipo Ltd will notify you when processing your data due to a legal obligation. However, this may not always be possible. In order to prevent and detect fraudulent or criminal activity, we may share information with forces such as the Police. This is done in a safe and secure manner. You may not be notified of this.

This relates to us managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/products and the most secure experience. We’ll always conduct a full review of our suppliers’ processes and procedures, including storage solutions for our data. To ensure adequacy when sending your data outside of the UK and EEA. 

Keeping in Touch with you 

We will always ask you if you want to receive offers and information from us and via what channels you are happy to receive them. To make it easy for you, when you register with us at Blossom Body Sculpting Ongar/Liquid Lipo Ltd, you will be asked to subscribe to our mailing contact list through email. 

If you have opted in to receive email and digital communications, you will receive traditional emails but may also receive marketing online and via social media platforms.

All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on the Liquid Lipo Ltd website. 

Securing your personal details online 

To ensure we keep your personal data secure, we may ask you to complete an additional security verification check when you access your Liquid Lipo Ltd personal information or communications preferences in your online account. If you do not pass this check, the data that you can view and amend may be limited, but rest assured it will not impact your ability to manage any orders you have placed.


Returns & Refunds 

We hope that you enjoy using and love our Liquid Lipo Products, but if you would like to return any of the items you’ve purchased, we will happily offer a refund. This is on the basis that the products are returned new, unopened and in a resalable condition. The refund window is a 28-day period; any requests for a refund must be presented with an invoice or receipt. 

This excludes the following: 

· Items personalised for you, such as branded marketing items 

· Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) 

· Corrective Bandages 

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging (Unless Damaged). 

Returning all or part of your order to your local Practitioner is easy; all you need to do is bring the following: 

· A printout of your Returns Summary (you can find this in the Order History section of "My Account") 

· All products you wish to return will be inspected for quality concerns 

· Disclaimer will be completed by both parties upon return of products 

Return by post 

Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account. 


Refund for Customers outside the EU 


If you want to return any of your orders, please contact our Customer Team; our team will then send you a Returns form to complete and give you instructions on how to return any products and where to send them to. 

All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

Based on the nature of the Liquid Lipo Products, you must be 18 years of age to purchase any of the products and to sign up to 




We have set out our site so that our customers can see our ‘Core’ Range of products that are purchased most frequently. There is also a section that shows ‘New Products’; this section shows any products that have been recently released. Customers who purchase Liquid Lipo products (Excluding Thermogenesis) must follow the manufacturing guidelines for use at home. Stockists / Practitioners who purchase Liquid Lipo must be accredited through training.

We use industry-approved and secure payment processing software. We will validate your order together with payment details before processing your order.  Your order is then subject to validation checks that we may take to process your order. Once this is completed, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your order. This forms a legally binding contract between us. 

All orders are subject to availability, and if you placed an order but some of the products were not available, you will not be charged for those items that have been cancelled. 

Liquid Lipo accept payment by most major Credit, Debit card or PayPal. Payments will be debited from your account before the items are dispatched. 

All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Price Information 

Blossom Body Sculpting Ongar/Liquid Lipo Ltd reserves the right to change prices from time to time in line with global inflation. We take great care in ensuring we offer the best products, which is reflected in their pricing structure. If you use the ‘Order History’ section, the price history may no longer be valid; however, all products on the website will be up to date with the current pricing. All pricing will include VAT were applicable. Promotions/discounts you may see with Stockists or Practitioners do not always apply to Liquid Lipo Ltd.
